RUSSELL DOWNING OWNER

Rusty worked for more than 25 years in the retail lumber industry, including management and sales, prior to founding RF Downing Homes, LLC in 2000. Rusty started RF Downing Homes, LLC with a simple goal in mind; he wanted to provide customers with high quality homes at a fair price. Rusty has worked tirelessly over the more than two decades that have passed since he started the company to live up to that ideal. His experience, honesty, and the dedication to high quality work and customer service he insists on set RF Downing Homes, LLC apart from the competition.

DEAN HAIGHT QUOTES & ESTIMATES

Dean has worked in the construction field ever since he was 11 years old, learning the trade from a local builder after school and during summer vacation. Dean has more than 15 years experience in retail lumber sales and management, plus many decades of experience in home construction and remodeling. Dean has extensive working knowledge of every aspect of the construction field, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Dean did all of our finish work for over a decade before being promoted to Project Manager in 2018. In 2021, Dean retired as Project Manager and now does our estimates and quotes.

JOSHUA KNOWLES PROJECT MANAGER

Josh relies on his experiences, gathered from working in residential and commercial construction for more than 25 years, and his multiple skill sets as the project manager for RF Downing Homes, LLC. Josh has many years of hands on experience in carpentry and finish work, general construction, and flooring installation. Josh also brings his many years of experience managing job sites and work crews to the Project Manager position. Josh is a strong and efficient leader. He keeps the deadlines for our projects on track and ensures our high standards of quality and service are upheld. Josh became our Project Manager in 2021 and is OSHA 30 and OSHA GHS HAZCOM Certified.

We guarantee our work to be free of defects in workmanship for (1) one year from the date of commencement of use or the date of notice of completion (whichever one comes first). Defects in building materials and appliances are covered under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty. Defects not related to workmanship are not covered by our warranty.
