When we’re hired to build your project, it’s a responsibility we take very seriously. From the
initial consultation and planning stages to the final delivery of the finished project, we are there
for you every step of the way. Our team’s experience, dedication, and the exceptional service

PRE CONSTRUCTION
PHASE
Before construction of your project begins, we meet with you to discuss your project needs, and
then all the project details, deadlines, and goals are laid out. We will build on your lot using your
plans, or if needed, we will help you find a suitable lot and/or we will design the project’s plans
for you. Next, we secure all required state and local permits, and any required impact studies
are done. We will also assist you with securing financing if needed.

CONSTRUCTION
PHASE
Once construction begins, our team of highly skilled employees and subcontractors use the
best materials available and work hard to make sure your project and the service you receive
meet our high standards. We work closely with our suppliers and subcontractors to minimize
delays and to ensure the project stays on track. Our team works tirelessly to ensure that your
project is finished on time and within budget.

POST CONSTRUCTION
PHASE
Once your project is complete, it is inspected, and a certificate of occupancy is secured. We make
sure everything is ready for the closing with the bank. At the closing, you will be walked through
the project so you can inspect our work quality. We will address any concerns and/or questions
you have following the walk through with the highest priority. We stand behind the work we
perform with a (1) one year limited warranty.

covered by our warranty.
